Overview

At 3MMODELS we are always looking for new scouts who share our passion for discovering future talent. Whether you already have experience in scouting or are simply well-connected in your community, you can become part of our global scouting network.

This is a fully remote role. As a Model Scout, you'll identify fresh faces, connect with aspiring models, and play a direct role in shaping careers in the fashion industry — from wherever you're based.

What you'll do

  • Spot potential talent in your local community and beyond
  • Refer promising individuals to the agency for review
  • Guide referred models through the initial steps of the process
  • Stay connected with the 3MMODELS team on submissions and signings

Compensation

Fully remote, with compensation for every model successfully referred to us and signed to the agency. If you know someone who has the potential to become a model, we'd be happy to review their profile and guide them through the next steps.

What we're looking for

  • A keen eye for potential and individuality
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Enthusiasm for the modeling and fashion world
  • Existing scouting experience or strong local connections — both welcome
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment

International Booker

Full-time remote role managing models and international placements across Europe, Asia, and the US.

Overview

3MMODELS is an international mother agency focused on discovering, developing, and placing models with leading agencies worldwide — across Milan, Paris, London, New York, Seoul, Tokyo, and beyond.

We're looking for an experienced booker / talent manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You'll understand mother agency dynamics, independently manage models, and build strong relationships with partner agencies globally.

What you'll do

  • Develop new faces and guide long-term career direction
  • Place models internationally and negotiate placement agreements
  • Maintain and grow relationships with agencies worldwide
  • Oversee test shoots, portfolios, and market positioning
  • Scout and evaluate promising new talent for the roster

Compensation

Flexible remote work, an international roster of talent, performance-based incentives, and a key role in shaping models' careers globally.

What we're looking for

  • 2–3+ years as a model booker or talent manager with international focus
  • Strong existing relationships with agencies across Europe, Asia, and/or the US
  • Solid understanding of mother agency contracts and placements
  • Excellent scouting eye and ability to manage multiple models independently
  • Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment
